1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for any standard retail catalog item.

2. Refund Processing via Stripe

Once your return is received and inspected at our workshop (1110 Banbury Trl, Maitland, Fl, 32751), your refund will be processed immediately through Stripe to your original method of payment. Credit card refunds typically reflect on bank statements within 3 to 5 business days.
