All orders placed with Red Pencil Studio LLC are carefully hand-packaged and inspected at our Maitland, Florida location to ensure that pencils arrive unchipped, intact, and ready to write.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Insured US Shipping: $4.95 flat rate. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or greater qualify for FREE Standard US Shipping. Typical delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
USPS Priority Mail Express: $12.50 flat rate. Guaranteed fast transit within 1 to 2 business days.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders of in-stock items placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are dispatched on the same business day. Custom hot-stamped pencils require 3 to 5 business days for typesetting, foil stamping, and curing before shipment.

3. Tracking & Carrier Notifications

Upon package scanning by the carrier, an automated shipping confirmation containing your tracking number is generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Every shipment is insured against transit breakage or loss. In the unlikely event that your pencils arrive damaged, please call our studio at +14074212462 or email info@redpencil.shop with your order number, and we will dispatch an immediate replacement at no cost.
